Amidst the ongoing Vietnam war, Willard, a captain in the U.S Army, is tasked by Colonel Lucas and a General to carry out an unofficial mission. His target is Walter Krutz, a mysterious Colonel of the Green Beret, who, along with his troops, has crossed across the border of Cambodia.

Over there, he is conducting ambush missions to take out the Viet Cong and the NVA. Everyone in the Army believes Krutz has gone insane therefore Willard has to eliminate him. He is sent aboard a U.S Navy patrol boat up the Nung river, where he finds out that his target is a highly gifted officer.

Willard meets up with Kilgore, a Lt-Colonel who is the head of a helicopter cavalry group for the U.S Army. Kilgore, along with his forces, obliterates a Viet Cong outpost near the Nung river to create an entry point. After some difficult encounters where Kilgore lost a few of his men, Willard reaches Krutz’s outpost.

A great film that portrays the horrible conditions and game of politics in war. ‘Apocalypse Now’ has a great plot and some of the most iconic movie lines, making it one of the best films to watch.

However, John doesn’t have to face a threat alone as through the same process, another Terminator, an identical older model, is sent to protect him. Now the real battle begins that’ll decide the fate of humanity.

‘A Few Good Men’ is a courtroom thriller that stars Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson, and Demi Moore. The plot revolves around LT Daniel Kaffee, a novice lawyer in the Navy who has never stepped inside a courtroom. 

He is supposed to defend two marines, who are suspected of killing PFC Santiago, a colleague. Kaffee wasn’t too happy with supporting them and was hoping to close the case by arranging a plea bargain. 

Santiago’s aunt appoints Cmdr. Galloway to represent Santiago in the court. The defense team puts up plenty of evidence and continues their argument that he was termed as “Code Red” before his murder. Seeing all this, Kaffee knew he had his work cut out for him.

Code red essentially means that the personnel is a screw-up, and Col. Nathan Jessup doesn’t tolerate such men. As the case proceeds, Kaffee realizes something is fishy, and all the fingers point towards the Colonel. 

The legal drama has a great plot which stellar performances by the cast members elevate.

He advertises the fight as a chance for nobody to have a go at the best in the world. The battle is supposed to be an easy win for Apollo, but Rocky has plans. For Rocky, this is his golden chance to show the world who he is.

“Dog Day Afternoon” is based on a true story where the incident took place in Chase Manhattan Bank situated in Brooklyn. The film begins on a sunny day where Sonny and Sal hold up the First Savings Bank of Brooklyn. 

The two robbers are washed-up characters who are complete amateurs in this field. The female tellers, along with the bank manager, agree to stay quiet and out of the robbery. But Sonny soon realizes that there is nothing much to steal as the bank has its cash picked out already.

Not knowing what to do, Sonny gets startled by a phone call from Moretti, the captain of the Police. He tells Sonny that the police force of the entire city has surrounded the bank with no chance of escaping. Nervously, Sonny strikes a deal with Moretti that in exchange for the safety of the bank employees he will get a plane out of the country.

While in the army, Forrest left a longing impression on everyone as he inspired people to jog, crafted a shrimp fishing fleet, created the smiley, and on top of all that, met the president a couple of times. However, All these accolades mean nothing to him as he still longs to meet Jenny, his best friend who is not living a happy life.

Moreover, Woody forgot about Andy’s birthday and found out his mom gifted him an action figure named Buzz Lightyear. 

The new toy becomes Andy’s new favorite which sends Woody into a fit of jealousy. Determined to get his position back, Woody plans to get rid of Buzz. However, they both get lost in a fight and now must find a way together back to Andy before his family moves on while avoiding Sid Phillips, the toy killer.

Despite warning his son about the dangers of the ocean, Nemo ventures out where he is unfortunately caught in a fishing net and ends up in Sydney in a dentist’s office. After learning about this, Marlin goes out to find his son.

On his way, Marlin meets Dory, a blue tang fish who agrees to help him, and soon realizes that she suffers from short-term memory loss. The two gear themselves up for a long and dangerous journey to the Sydney Harbour while encountering sharks and jellyfish. 

While Marlin is in the ocean, his son Nemo along with other animals is planning a way to escape and be free again. A great film that will surely bring tears and joy as you become entrenched in the story.

“Apollo 13” is based on actual events that perspired on the mission to the Moon. ‘Houston, we have a problem’ is one of the most iconic movie lines that defines this film.

The story is set in 1970 and begins with Lovell, Swigert, and Haise, three astronauts who were scheduled to fly Apollo 14 but, due to some reason, were shifted to Apollo 13. The U.S has already completed its mission of landing a lunar craft on the Moon.

So, this routine flight doesn’t generate that much excitement, but soon it captures the whole world’s attention as everything that could go wrong happens and hopes of returning to Earth safely start fading.

Rose then proceeds to tell what can be considered one of the greatest yet tragic love stories of all time.
